Jersey Mike’s Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager+ (AGM+) to run day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team while the GM & Director oversee multiple stores. This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven operator who can keep the store running at full strength — even without constant supervision.
Lead and develop a team of 12–15 employees
Manage daily operations, inventory, and scheduling
Oversee all shift leaders (MODs) and ensure strong performance
Maintain audit-ready standards for food safety, service, and cleanliness
Review performance reports and drive KPI improvement
Deliver exceptional guest experiences — every shift
2+ years of quick-service or restaurant leadership experience
Strong team-building and coaching skills
Ability to manage labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction goals
Working knowledge of Zenput or similar reporting systems a plus
Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
Energy, professionalism, and the drive to grow into higher leadership
