Jersey Mike's Subs in Shorewood is looking for Crew Members for Evening Shifts over the weekends.

We are looking for Evening crew members (Friday - Sunday) who want to be part of our new location in Shorewood, WI.  

At Jersey Mike’s, we offer a sub above – one that’s measured in more than inches or seconds ‘til served. We carefully consider every aspect of what we do – every slice, every sandwich, every store and every team member – we provide our team members and customers with sustenance and substance too.

Core Responsibilities of a Dinner/Closer Crew Member:

• Supporting the store leadership in the execution of a best-in-class restaurant operation
• Working alongside a crew of 4-10 people
• Deliver amazing customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Follow the closing checklists and help the store get prepared for the next day.
• Store closes at 9:00pm, typically Closers leave by 9:30

Qualifications for the job:

•  Education: High school degree or equivalent

•  1 Year QSR experience preferred

•  Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer

•  Must have reliable transportation

•  Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment

•  Desire to improve self and skill sets 

•  Able to communicate effectively with guests.  Awesome personality

•  Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs

•  Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
