The Manager in Training (MIT) is a leadership development position designed to prepare high-potential team members for a future management role within Jersey Mike’s.
The MIT will learn and demonstrate the skills necessary to lead a successful restaurant, including team leadership, guest service, food safety, inventory management, scheduling, labor management, training, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, coachable, and excited to grow within the company. This position requires someone who is willing to lead by example and take ownership of the restaurant’s results.
