What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts + support daily operations
• Coach team to deliver great customer service
• Ensure high-quality food + clean store
• Handle cash + opening/closing duties
• Train and develop crew members
• Keep things moving with urgency

You’ll Also

• Lead a team of 2–5 people
• Prep food + slice meats
• Bake bread + manage inventory basics
• Enforce standards + policies

• Fast, organized, and dependable

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18+ (slicer use)
• Food Handler / Serve Safe (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available 25–40 hours/week
