• Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.

• Prepare fresh, quality subs to Jersey Mike’s standards.

• Make every sub correctly, including Mike’s Way.

• Take orders and help create a great guest experience.

• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.

• Work together with the team during busy periods.

• Learn different areas of the restaurant and help where needed.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and Core Values.

• Take pride in your work and help deliver an experience that is A Sub Above.

• Must be 16 years or older.

• Friendly, positive attitude.

• Reliable and dependable.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and be coached.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.

• Strong work ethic and pride in doing things right.

No restaurant experience? No problem. Paid training is provided!
