PG1 Restaurants is growing, and we are looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking Crew Members to join our Jersey Mike's team! We are actively hiring for Day Shifts, Evening/Closing Shifts, and Weekend Shifts with immediate opportunities available.
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- Earning Potential: Base pay plus tips (Up to $14.00/hr total)
- Perks: Discounted meals on shift, paid training, flexible scheduling, and clear fast-track promotion pathways into leadership roles!
- Handle high-volume lunch rushes with speed and accuracy
- Prep fresh produce and daily meats to Jersey Mike’s quality standards
- Deliver elite guest service and welcome every customer with a positive attitude
- Craft signature cold subs and hot cheesesteaks "The Mike's Way"
- Execute end-of-day kitchen teardown, clean stations, and sanitize equipment
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and fully prepped for the next morning
- Operate the slicer safely to slice meats and cheeses fresh to order
- Lead the front line and maintain high food safety standards
- Age Requirement: Must be 16+ to apply (18+ required for slicer and equipment operation per federal law)
- Availability: Weekend availability is required
- Attitude: Friendly, dependable, punctual, and eager to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a desire to serve guests with pride
