Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and team leadership
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience
  • Take and process customer orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Prepare hot and cold subs according to Jersey Mike’s quality standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, grills, and food prep tools
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Help manage employee schedules and shift operations
  • Address customer questions or concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Energetic, dependable, and ethical work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay & Benefits

$13 – $15 per hour + average hourly tip rate
