Shift Leader / Manager in Training – Jersey Mike’s Subs

PG1 Restaurants is looking for Shift Leaders and Managers in Training to join our Jersey Mike’s team in Harrisonburg!

We’re looking for people who want to lead people, build a strong team, and grow with us.

• Lead and support the team throughout the shift

• Keep the team organized, focused, and moving during busy periods

• Follow and uphold company policies, procedures, Core Values, and operating standards

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members

• Ensure every guest receives a Sub Above experience

• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards

• Support labor, cash, inventory, and shift goals

• Hold yourself and the team accountable to the standard

• Handle guest concerns professionally

• Lead by example and protect and promote our culture

• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred

• Open availability – mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willing to work alongside the team

• Coachable and ready to continue growing

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this leadership position and to operate the mechanical slicer

Harrisonburg is a busy market, especially around JMU game days and university events.
