• Starting pay: $13/hr training + guaranteed tips (average $15+/hr)

• Part-time flexibility with opportunity for full-time growth

• Rapid promotion path from Crew Member to Store Operator

• Prepare high-quality subs with fresh, premium ingredients

• Grill, prep, slice, wrap, and serve with speed and care

• Deliver excellent customer service at the counter and register

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store

• Follow checklists and procedures for opening, closing, and daily tasks

• Be coachable, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing crew

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer

• Weekend availability is required

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback

• Ability to multitask and move with urgency

• Prior food service or QSR experience is a plus

Crew → Shift Leader → Manager in Training (MIT) → Manager → Lead Assistant → Store Operator
