What You’ll Do (Ages 16+):

We train our crew to be masters of the "Front Line" to deliver a "Sub Above" experience at every station:

• The Sprinkle: Dressing subs to perfection with fresh toppings, vinegar, oil, and spices.

• The Grill: Crafting our famous hot subs (Philly Cheesesteaks and more) fresh to order.

• The Cashier: Providing elite customer service and handling transactions with a smile.

• Wrapping & Prep: Ensuring every sub is packed with care and ingredients are fresh.

• The Slicer (Ages 18+ only): Mastering the art of slicing premium meats and cheeses.

Schedule & Availability:

• Game Day Ready: Reliable availability to work Virginia Tech game days is required!

• Flexibility: Weekend and shift flexibility are essential. We are happy to work around school schedules for our high school and college crew members!

What We’re Looking For:

• Character: Reliable, punctual, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Age Requirement: 16+ welcome! (Note: Must be 18+ to operate slicing equipment).

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Coachability: You take pride in your work and are eager to learn the PG1 Standard.
