Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring Crew Members to join our restaurant team. Crew Members prepare food, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and work together to deliver a great guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team.

Compensation

• $16.00–$20.00 per hour (includes estimated tips)

• Paid hourly position

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly customer service.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, food preparation areas, and equipment.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

• Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties.

• Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting, reaching, and bending.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
