Description
Customer Accounts Administrator Vacancy - Middleton, North Manchester - Up to £27,000 plus bonus
This is a full time, office based role. Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:15.
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Accounts Administrator to join the Credit Control Team at the Greengate Brewery. This role is all about building relationships with our customers and effectively managing and reducing debt. Previous experience in a credit control/finance role would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor held orders and take action accordingly
- Collection of trade/rental debts
- Aged debtor detailed reporting
- Administration of accurate records of all customer communication
- Update and maintain customer records
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Effectively manage any queries and complaints
- Sales ledger tasks, including cash allocation and invoice/credit note posting
Key Competencies and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work based on individual initiative and as part of an established team
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Credit Control experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given
- Experience of sales ledger procedures/processes
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional and well organised approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
