JW Lees have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team as a  Accounts Administrator, based from our Greengate Brewery in Middleton, Manchester.

Accounts Administrator responsibilities:

• Bank Control Matching
• Processing of daily bank statement
• Gift Voucher management
• Cash Management
• Finance email inbox management
• Procure Wizard import
• Daily PDQ payment posting
• Refund email inbox management
• Zonal exports
• MH Paperwork posting
• Other Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to;
• Requesting and management of MIDS
• Bank control setup in Microsoft Navision
• Chargeback investigation

Required skills/qualifications:

• Excellent communication, both oral and written
• Intermediates excel skills
• Relevant experience in an accounting environment
• Professional but personable approach
• Be able to work within a high-pressure environment
• Be able to devise solutions to issues as they arise
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Always demonstrate a can-do attitude
• Being driven and positive
• Ability to multi-task
• High level of organisation
• High level of motivation
• Ability to pay attention to detail and to work methodically and accurately
