The restaurant is located on the stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, creating the city’s most memorable dining experience.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented team. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, our Chef de Partie will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about delicious fresh food and great service. Our kitchen team is a family were we look out for each other.
