What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the Floor: Oversee daily service with precision, ensuring smooth shifts from open to close.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and support the front-of-house team, bringing energy, structure, and a sharp eye for detail.

• Guest-Focused Service: Build rapport with guests, handle feedback with care, and make sure every visit is one to remember.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership to maintain high standards and constantly elevate the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume late night restaurant environment.

• Proven ability to manage detailed service protocols—including allergen procedures—while effectively overseeing a busy team.

• A strong desire for growth, with internal promotion opportunities and the Columbo Academy programme designed to develop future leaders.
