The world famous Jazz Cafe is an award winning live music venue. showcasing rising stars and local talent from hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music in an intimate, two-floored setting. The restaurant is located on the stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, creating the city’s most desirable dining experience. We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service. In this role, you’ll support the management team in leading floor operations, guiding the restaurant team through busy shifts, and making sure every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee service on the floor, ensuring guests receive attentive and professional hospitality

• Support and motivate the team, leading by example during busy services

• Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow for a smooth experience

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the restaurant

• Work closely with the management team to meet service and operational goals

What we’re looking for: 

• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a casual-fine dining late night restaurant environment.

• Proven ability to manage detailed service while effectively overseeing a busy team.

• A strong desire for growth, with internal promotion opportunities and the Columbo Academy programme designed to develop future leaders.

What to Expect:

• Competitive Pay: £14-15 per hour (inclusive of tronc), with hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
