• Store operations, systems, and shift management

• Hiring, training, and leading a high-performance crew

You’ll train under experienced leaders and follow a structured roadmap toward full General Manager status — typically within 6 to 12 months.

• 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail leadership preferred

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some nights/weekends

• Hands-on leadership style — you're on the line, not just behind it
