Line & Prep Cook Responsibilities:
-Prepare basic components of each dish
-Ensure that all food prep areas meet Department of Health standards
-Work with team of cooks to do portion prep and station line work
-Handle multiple tasks in a composed, friendly, and hospitable manner
Smartphone (iOS or Android)
-Eligible to work in the US
-At least 18 years old
-At Least 2 yrs experience in high volume kitchens
-Availability - time to earn incremental income on your terms!
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
