Own the line – you’ll be right at the heart of the action, preparing our products and creating the Jersey Mike’s experience for every customer.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver a great guest experience while preparing high-quality food safely, quickly, and consistently.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, energetic service.

• Take orders accurately and operate the POS/register.

• Prepare subs according to Jersey Mike’s recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.

• Work assigned stations including slicer (if 18 or older), grill, bread, sprinkle, register, and order assembly once properly trained/certified.

• Maintain product quality, freshness, proper temperatures, and food-safety standards.

• Complete cleaning, sanitation, stocking, prep, dishes, and opening/closing tasks.

• Maintain a clean dining room, service line, kitchen, and exterior.

• Communicate effectively with teammates and shift leaders.

• Follow uniform, appearance, attendance, safety, and brand standards.

• Support online, delivery, catering, and pickup orders as required
