Food Runner

Experience in a similar role is desirable.

You will be expected to provide and maintain outstanding customer service and attention to detail at all times, ensuring all guests are provided with complete hospitality throughout their dining experience with us. You will deliver food and drink to guests in an efficient, informative and most importantly friendly way.

• Deliver food quickly and efficiently to tables.
• Deliver coffee and drinks quickly and efficiently to tables.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and table numbers.
• Provide the link in communication between the guests and the waiter when required.
• Efficient and clear communication with the pass chef.
• Keep the pass clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Polish all plates and cutlery for the restaurant.

Multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Maintain a clean working environment.

Constantly exceed expectations with fun and friendly customer service.

Happily assist staff from other departments when requested and where able.
