Job Summary: As a Digital Product Owner, you will be a key player in defining the strategic vision, planning, and execution of off-premise and in-store digital products for Jollibee Food Corporation's various North America brands. With a focus on serving both internal customers and end consumers, your areas of responsibility will be in the following specific areas: 

  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development 

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation 

  • Digital Vendor Management 

  • Performance Monitoring 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and brand representatives, to ensure the digital platforms align with our corporate goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.  

Finally, you will play a consultative role to the Regional Teams to ensure the successful operationalization of digital platformsIn pursuit of this, the candidate is required to have a good understanding of application development, solution architecture and overall running a Kiosk, Off-premise solutions, POS systems, general eCommerce, and third party delivery solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development 

  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders to define the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the digital products, ensuring alignment with each brand's unique identity and business objectives. 

  • Define release plans and coordinate with the development team(s) for the deployment of new versions and updates across multiple brand platforms. 

  • Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility for each brand. 

  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. 

  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design and functionality improvements. 

  1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine and document comprehensive requirements for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes while considering the diverse needs of multiple brands. 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team. 

  • Work with the quality assurance team to define and execute test plans, ensuring digital products meet high standards of quality. 

  • Create user flows, wireframes and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing interfaces that align with grand guidelines. 

  1. Digital Vendor Management 

  • Act as the primary liaison between brand representatives and the development team, fostering effective communication. 

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular status meetings to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital features. 

  1. Performance Monitoring: 

  • Implement and maintain effective tagging strategies to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. 

  • Monitor performance metrics, user engagement, and analytics data to identify areas for optimization. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar). 

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience 

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. 

  • Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, user experience principles, and agile methodologies. 

  • Able to create user/screen flows and simple wireframes. 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools, collaboration software, and agile project management platforms.
