SAP FICO Manager |
Responsibilities:
· Lead SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives.
· Analyze finance and tax business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis and process improvements.
· Configure SAP solutions, troubleshoot issues, and oversee testing and training.
· Manage SAP FICO integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
· Oversee change requests, ensuring prioritization based on business value and effort.
· Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system improvements.
· Ensure vendor deliverables meet project and business requirements.
· Document SAP processes and prepare progress reports.
· Keep informed of latest SAP updates, developments and offerings.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO implementation and configuration experience.
· Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and North America taxation.
· Experience with SAP FICO master data management and integrations.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent communication, time management, and project management abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple projects.
· Experience managing vendor deliverables for both projects and BAU support.
· Willingness to travel as required.
