Tim Ho Wan, the world-famous Michelin-starred dim sum brand and proud member of the Jollibee Group, is bringing its legendary flavors to a new region in North America — and you could lead the way. This critical leadership role will be responsible for launching our first location in this market and ensuring it becomes a benchmark for operational excellence. Once established, you will oversee the opening and ongoing operations of future Tim Ho Wan restaurants across the region. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who is passionate about food, operations, and people — and ready to grow a global brand in an exciting new market.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Launch & Growth
Oversee all aspects of opening the first North American Tim Ho Wan location.
Drive operational success and guest satisfaction from day one.
Lead expansion efforts, opening and managing additional restaurants in the region.
Deliver Business Results
Set and achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
Analyze performance and adjust strategies to exceed goals.
Maintain World-Class Standards
Ensure strict adherence to Tim Ho Wan’s Food, Service, and Cleanliness (FSC) standards.
Implement quality control measures and improvement plans based on feedback and audits.
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant leaders and staff.
Create a culture that lives our values and delivers exceptional guest experiences.
Implement succession planning and career development programs.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Manage P&L budgets, cost control, and productivity.
Oversee compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Handle guest feedback and operational issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Proven multi-unit or high-volume restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or casual dining.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems (Aloha, Olo, OneDine, NetSuite).
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for training in Hong Kong and/or Singapore.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
