Welcome to the first day of your new journey with Jollibee!

 

We’re still a new player in the UK marketplace, but we’ve been around for a while waiting for the right time to bring our fried chicken, burgers, pies and joyful energy to England, Wales, and Scotland.

Whether you are at our flagship UK restaurant in central London, collecting Jolly Spaghetti at our first US drive-thru in New Jersey, dropping in for some much-craved Chickenjoy in Dubai Mall or picking up our Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro Manila- you’ll soon see that the spirit of family and fun runs through our entire team. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guests have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the right people in the right place with the right attitude.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To co-ordinate the requirement of stock to ensure continuity of supply in stores. 
  • Maintaining a supplier database with updated prices, lead times, cases sizes etc ]
  • Sharing weekly/monthly forecasts with key stakeholders
  • Liaise with 3rd party distributors to ensure smooth weekly ordering and delivery to stores
  • Establish and track KPI's on 3rd party distributors.
  • Working with store managers to gather weekly data and report back to the Head of Supply Chain to update weekly orders from partners
  • Supporting on NPD initiative 6‹ developing suppliers for NPD requirements. 
  • Working with our partners to make sure the stock is of the correct quality
  • Continuously updating the systems with data and information regarding the supply chain 
  • Updating stock management systems, ensure processes are documented
  • Ensuring all certifications from suppliers are on track and updated.
  • An understanding of Quality 6‹ Food Safety certifications such as BRG, FSGC, HACGP etc. is beneficial
  • To co-ordinate the International supply chain operation:
  • Manage stock replenishment for the warehouses located outside the UK
  • Building a strong relationship with the Supply Chain team in the Manila head office to ensure a stable working relationship between the two offices
  • General Administrative support to the Head of Supply Chain: Assisting with Administrative tasks
  • Preparation of presentations, reporting and analysis

We need:

  • 2+ quality assurance/supply chain operational experience essential Strong financial and business acumen
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Needs to be agile — the ability to easily adapt and work proactively on different tasks Team player — needs the ability to work in a small team, but also work autonomously
  •  Experience in QSR and hospitality preferred
Hybrid working position, location flexible however there will be occasional travel required to the Central Support Office in Central London and to restaurant locations if required.
