JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible in building all the brands of the company and thus leads and manages the social media and influencer marketing consistent with the Marketing Department’s strategic projects and company’s business objectives. 

This job role will be responsible but not limited to optimizing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and executing cut-through digital marketing activities, managing the brand/s’ presence on social platforms, and developing an evergreen influencer strategy to support all brands, leading and recommending new and creative growth strategies through social media and influencer marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed and acted upon timely, measuring effectiveness of all campaigns and assessing against goals of return of investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).  Likewise, this job role requires to be on top of everything and ahead of relevant social media best practices and emerging trends to wisely apply to ensure the company’s continued success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Social Media (Organic)

  • Lead the development and execution of social media strategies in partnership with the creative agencies, on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.
  • Drive alignment meetings with Brand teams, influencers, and the creative agencies to conceptualize and create engaging/shareable campaign content.
  • Manage asset requests for social content and coordinate photo shoots with our creative agencies, restaurants and at events.
  • Manage the editorial strategy, process, and execution. This includes the quality assurance of photos, videos, and copy to ensure social content meets brand and editorial standards on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
  • Oversee and supervise the Community Management for all digital channels in collaboration and partnership with our Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure efficient execution of the review management process both on 3rd party review sites and social media channels.
  • Oversee and manage content calendars, reporting, optimization, and tracking metrics for all brands. This includes reports on engagement, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking collaboration goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Reinforce a clear understanding of social media marketing landscape, tools, new functionality, and innovation and keep brand teams ahead and well informed about industry changes and new developments and social media feature updates.

Influencer Marketing

  • Manage the execution and beyond of influencer marketing campaigns on social media from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Lead and act as responsible primary point of contact when executing influencer campaigns with our creative and pr agencies.
  • Manage influencer and content creator budgets, negotiate contracts and paid activations, monitor rate cards against budget forecasts, and communicate usage rights and timelines.
  • Manage the editorial strategy, process, and execution. This includes the quality assurance of photos, videos, and copy to ensure social content meets brand and editorial standards on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators to support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Manage influencer content briefs and approval process to ensure all requirements for deliverables are met, approved, and utilized in an efficient manner.
  • Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs to provide performance insights to key stakeholders.
  • Build, optimize and scale the new influencer programs, work closely with our creative and Public Relations (PR) agencies to drive impact across all social channels, and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.

Analytics Reporting

  • Drive weekly/monthly social media and influencer reporting. Compile recap decks based on campaign KPIs. Support ad hoc requests for data and insights from other teams, regional partners, and senior leadership.
  • Manage social media and influencer reporting process with cross-functional partners, covering topics such as audience growth, engagement rate, impressions, referral traffic and conversion trends
  • Lead to help the organization to refine and evolve campaign reporting to meet the needs of all cross-functional partners.
  • Champion and lead the Marketing team’s understanding of social media and influencer campaign performance, allowing key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on key performance indicators.
  • Act as an internal consultant to generate analytical insights and be the analytics expert in multiple settings and in supporting the leadership teams by taking and translating analytics into business actions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field or any equivalent related course.
Experience
  • At least 5-6 years of progressive and extensive work experience in social media and influencer marketing from manufacturing and/or foodservice industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry, highly preferred.
  • Must have a strong understanding of pop culture and upcoming and ongoing trends on social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media management/listening tools: Sprout Social, Influencer Management software, preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing social media channels and influencer management platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Depth and Breadth of knowledge and experience of application of social media’s best practices and emerging trends.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in social media and marketing analytics, a must.
  • Proven expertise and experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics (GA4).\
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media platforms and platform trends (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and success measurements.
  • Experience being the lead project manager on strategic initiatives across global and regional teams, preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes, a must.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally or working interdependently with other units.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
