1. Support marketing initiatives by helping brand managers in overseeing its implementation 2. Provide support to Operations for marketing-related concerns and closely align with other departments to help complete ongoing projects. (e.g. database development: merchandising space, store photos, menu boards, etc). 3. Perform field work/activities as needed to gather needed information for the implementation of marketing activities. 4. Assist Marketing Director/Marketing Team in obtaining necessary information and perform tasks to support product launches, events, promotions, or activities. 5. Collect and analyze data on sales performance, promotions and new product launches. 6. Check on merchandising display of stores to ensure that planned activities are implemented. 7. Process payment request, monitor A&P expense of merchandising materials vs budget, coordinate with suppliers on marketing material requirements and dispatch marketing materials through warehouse delivery or UPS/Fedex/USPS. 8. Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and agencies in the development, production, and distribution of marketing collaterals and merchandising . |
· Minimum 1 year of work experience in a consumer goods company with specialization in marketing functions or account management work in advertising agency, and/or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
· Above average planning and organization skills, detail-oriented and flexible/adaptable in work schedules and assignments.
· Computer Literacy: Must be at least proficient if not achieved mastery in the essential MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
