The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, employee movements and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Assist in preparing periodic HR dashboard and other reports that maybe required by management.
Education and Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience perferred
- Experience in multi-unit or retail/restaurant environment is a plus
