The José Andrés Group has partnered with The Ritz Carlton South Beach to bring the award-winning restaurant concepts to Miami Florida. We are looking for the areas most talented hospitality professionals to help us as we continue our mission to Change the World Through the Power of Food!  

What we would like from you:

• Use traditional and elevated culinary techniques to consistently and accurately execute beverage recipes at high volume, for all three bars in hotel
• Organize prep schedule to have all items completed before service starts at each respective bar
• Maintain prep area to be kept clean with an organized inventory
• Work with the bar teams towards the goal of never 86'ing menu items, along with the goal of minimizing waste
• Assist bartenders by offering refills on non-alcoholic beverages when needed.
• Produce fresh juices as needed.Keep beverage storage areas neat and organized.
• Perform general cleaning tasks while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

Abilities & Working Conditions

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace throughout a shift and help setup for the following day/shift
• Ability to maneuver throughout the dining/bar area while carrying trays of food & beverages
• Confidently communicate with guests and employees.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Will work some nights, holidays and weekends.
