Experience in leading a team, reducing costs, and controlling services in a premium-casual setting are essential, as is a proven ability to develop, train, and motivate staff. This role is a Head Chef Tournant role, working across all five of JPRestaurants' restaurants in Jersey, supporting Head Chefs at each site and assisting with training of new joiners. |

What we offer: This role has an annual basic salary of £39,750. Our managers, head chefs, and senior employees participate in our Quarterly Bonus Scheme, with on-target bonuses of up to 20% (or more) of salary dependent on restaurant trade and individual performance, bringing on-target earnings to £47,500 per annum.
