We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Manager/Leader to join our Implementation team, specializing in the configuration and setup of client environments within Harri’s Hiring Manager Access Portal (HMAP). This role plays a key part in laying the foundation of client success by creating and managing the hierarchical structure used across all workforce management modules.
As a Deployment Analyst, you will be responsible for building Grand Parent, Enterprise (Parent), and Child-level locations based on client requirements. You’ll work with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into structured HMAP builds, either manually through our BAM tool or via bulk templates. Your work ensures consistency and scalability across client accounts.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with data entry, logic-based mapping, and multi-level hierarchies. Experience with HRIS, workforce management tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure new client structures within HMAP
Build Grand Parent, Enterprise, and Child-level hierarchies based on client geography and business model
Use BAM tool or template import methods for deployment
Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to validate structure accuracy
Maintain high data quality and documentation for each build
