We are looking for individuals who:
Bar Supervisor Responsibilities
· Supervise the bar team & oversee the operation of the bars
· Deliver outstanding guest experience and providing a unique guest journey
· Oversee set-up/break down
· Manage guest complaints
· Manage cleaning, due diligence and food safety
· Schedule breaks
· Support with team training
· Assisting with bar stock audits, line counts and stock rotation
· Hold Supervisor meetings
