Job Brief:

We are looking for a competent Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and operate the day-to-day standards of the restaurant. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Manager responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supporting the team during daily service. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy supporting people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you!

Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure restaurant is ready for service with special attention to health & safety
• Support the service team during each shift
• Attend to guest needs when needed
• Training service team
• Scheduling FOH team
• Ordering of FOH papergoods
• Support the General Manager


Requirements:

• Proven restaurant management experience
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
