Job Summary

Krew Members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while executing Konala standards in food preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and speed of service.

This role works across positions including drive-thru, front counter, hot line, cold line, prep and cook. Krew Members play a critical role in maintaining operational flow and upholding the brand's commitment to quality and hospitality.

This position reports to the General Manager and Store Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service 
• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience
• Accurately take and process customer orders
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure order accuracy 
• Resolve guest concerns by escalating to leadership when needed

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and follow systems
• No prior experience required -- we provide training
