This Senior Financial Controller role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to work in a challenging and rewarding new direction-

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all group consolidated reporting, including daily, weekly, monthly management accounts, bank reporting, and the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Processing, paying and reconciliation of suppliers’ invoices, payroll, bank accounts and VAT returns
  • Prepare annual budget in conjunction with Directors and HoDs
  • Accurately processing data from the hotel PMS system into our accounting software
  • Preparing Month End Management Accounts and liaise with the GM to ensure Management information is correctly recorded
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Supervise and mentor finance team
  • Working with the Financial Director on any Ad Hoc projects
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting in hospitality environments
  • Proven experience in financial management and strategy
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
