A Day In The Shack
As the expediter at the Katy Crack Shack, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our food and ensuring each guest receives the complete and correct order. You must have full knowledge of the food and beverage offerings of the restaurant, as well as knowledge of the varying products we carry and source.
You will carefully prepare each order as it comes up, including to-go orders. You will work in unison with the chef to ensure tickets are in order and are completed to our standard. You are the final eyes on the food, making sure each plate is clean and correctly garnished before leaving the pass.
