People Co-ordinator / Operations Support

Job Title: People Co-ordinator / Operations Support
Reporting To: People Manager / Operations Manager
Location: K Beverage Head Office / Field Based
Business: K Beverage Ltd – Starbucks Franchise Partner

Role Purpose

To provide support across both the People and Operations functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, strong people processes, and effective support to the K Beverage Starbucks store estate.

Key Responsibilities

People Support

  • Support recruitment activity including adverts, interviews, onboarding, and right to work checks.
  • Prepare contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee records.
  • Maintain HR systems, absence records, holiday records, and personnel files.
  • Support employee relations administration including meetings, letters, and note taking.
  • Assist with training coordination and compliance records.
  • Respond to basic people queries from store managers and employees.

Operations Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team across all stores.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, action plans, and store communications.
  • Support audits, compliance actions, and store follow-up.
  • Assist with new store openings, projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate maintenance, supplier requests, and general store support.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous HR, administration, co-ordinator, or operations support experience.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office / Excel.
  • Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
  • Retail or hospitality experience desirable.

Personal Attributes

Additional Requirements

  • Travel to stores may be required.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
