You are responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries, and delivering high-value bookings. You are commercially driven, proactive, and focused on maximising revenue opportunities.
Main Deliverables
• Growth in corporate and
private hire revenue
• A strong pipeline of qualified leads and confirmed bookings
• High conversion rates from enquiry to sale
• Clear, commercially viable event and hire packages
• Accurate reporting on pipeline, activity, and performance
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure corporate
bookings and private hire opportunities
• Build relationships with businesses, agencies, and event organisers
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to conversion
• Create and present compelling proposals and packages
• Follow up leads quickly and consistently
• Work closely with operations to ensure successful delivery of events
• Track pipeline and performance, taking action to improve results
• Spot opportunities to increase booking value and frequency
• Ensure pricing and offers are commercially sound
• Communicate clearly and regularly on activity and results
