We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at the Holiday Inn London-Luton Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in all areas of Food & Beverage, including the Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
  • Follow cash/payment handling procedures.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Up-sell using the latest department incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Strive to achieve department targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Adhere to the licensing law.
  • Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships.
  • Commit to delivering high levels of customer service.
