We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. This role involves working across breakfast and evening shifts, delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Role Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service in all areas of Food and Beverage, including the bar, restaurant, room service, and conference & events.
Your responsibilities will include taking and delivering customer orders, setting up tables and rooms, and helping us achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve guests politely and professionally across all Food & Beverage outlets
Take and deliver orders with a focus on excellent customer service
Prepare table and room setups to brand standards
Handle cash transactions accurately
Address guest queries promptly and efficiently
Promote up-selling opportunities in line with departmental incentives
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health & safety regulations
