Key Responsibilities:Guest Service Excellence: Provide high standards of hospitality by efficiently handling guest requests, maintaining knowledge of all food and beverage menus, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and QA standards.
Operational Support: Assist with all F&B operations, including handling orders, using the Point of Sale (POS) system, and ensuring that cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
Customer Care: Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous service at all times. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues and service excellence processes to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional guest experience. Support colleagues in achieving department goals and maintaining seamless service delivery.
Sales Support: Actively promote hotel services, up-sell food and beverage items.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all legal responsibilities, including food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and fire safety procedures. Maintain personal and workspace cleanliness in line with the hotel's grooming standards.
