Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist in the smooth running of the front desk operations, including managing reservations, utilizing the Property Management System (PMS), and processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

• Customer Care: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Address inquiries, handle guest complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and courteous service, resolving issues using the learning and service excellence process.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional guest experience. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain seamless service delivery.

• Sales and Financial Support: Knowledge of hotel rates, packages, discounts, and vouchers. Follow cash handling procedures, identify sales leads, and pass them to the sales department. Ensure all charges are accurately billed to guest accounts.

• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all legal responsibilities, including fire and evacuation procedures, maintaining the highest standards of personal cleanliness and grooming as per hotel standards. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Requirements:
