Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring efficiency and a pleasant experience for guests at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of dining areas with health and safety standards, leading by example.
• Deliver and facilitate excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, anticipating needs, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Coordinate and execute events and special functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and ensure all areas are well-stocked, presented impeccably, and reflect the high standards of our establishment.
• Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Perform Duty Manager shift on a daily basic in accordance with department rota
• Ensuring that all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Training staff on food safety practices and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
