Bookkeeper

Leading restaurant operating company is seeking experienced bookkeeper with strong prior experience. Key responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Receivables - reconcile daily sales, bank accounts, credit card, cash, etc.
  
• Accounts Payable – process invoices and make payments
  
• Payroll Processing – enter timesheets, rate, etc. and submit to ADP/ payroll processor
  
• Update Quick books
  
• Taxes - Sales Tax working and e-filling
  
• Month-end close
  
• Financial Reporting - weekly Prime Cost sheets, monthly dashboard, P&L
  
• Compliance - ensure compliance with labor and company policies
  
• Insurance - insurance, workers compensation, etc. premium
