Role Description
KERB Events Limited is a joint venture with Compass Group UK. As part of this partnership, KERB Events Limited are one of the F&B providers for this high-profile amusement park and events venue in Margate.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our public-facing catering and onsite bars, ensuring excellence in quality, sustainability, and guest experience. You’ll also oversee internal hospitality and commercial events, working closely with the on-site venue teams.
With a focus on collaboration, you’ll develop new business by working with KERB’s internal teams to identify and cultivate local food traders, creating a thriving and innovative offering aligned with KERB’s ethos and standards in Margate. Additionally, you’ll identify new commercial opportunities within the local area.
This is a hands-on role for a passionate hospitality professional who loves exceptional hospitality, brilliant food and drink, and driving success.
