Company Overview
KERB is a business that powers other businesses. We focus on the incubation and growth of innovative, independent food businesses. We run brilliant street food markets, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London and have developed a growing, successful corporate catering company, KERB Events Limited. We are a food-obsessed and people-first company who believes that everyone with a bit of spark should have the opportunity to ignite it. Be it food entrepreneurs or team members, our mission is to create opportunity and joy through great food, from the KERB up.
Role Overview
Located in Canada Water and developed as a collaboration between Broadwick Spaces and KERB, Corner Corner is a vibrant space that combines food, music, and community. With a rotating selection of food vendors and immersive cultural programming, Corner Corner is a destination for creativity, connection, and collaboration.
CornerCorner is one our newest venues and as such, our bars must have a strong leadership team to capitalise on excellent service and fluid revenue streams. Your role will include assisting the venue management team with stock control, for example; regular inventory checks, counting, ordering, distribution and correct storage.
You’ll be the person that keeps the rest of the bar team happy and on task; ensuring they have the necessary tools, briefing, stock and skill sets to deliver the level of experience one would expect from an international business re-defining the team ‘Exceptional Hospitality’. Cleanliness and safe hygiene standards in line with health and safety requirements are a core focus for this role. You’ll be expected to communicate regularly with the AGM on bar operations and will oversee the operations of the bars in the absence of the AGM.
To summarise, the role of the Bar Supervisor is to work closely with the management team and the wider team to deliver Exceptional Hospitality and Brilliant Food & Drinks Only.
