Role Description
As a Bar Support at Seven Dials Market by KERB, reporting to the Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality by supporting an awesome and high-performing bar team, serving a diverse selection of drinks from independent brewers and businesses. The primary responsibilities of this role will include assisting with bar opening and closing procedures and performing various behind-the-bar tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes. Ultimately, you’ll be critical to ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience through ‘Exceptional Hospitality’. This position is well suited to someone with a strong interest in being a part of KERB, ideally, with a good understanding of casual food and beverage service. You should have experience working in a fast-paced setting, with a strong team player mindset .
Whilst a background in the street food scene and experience in high-volume bars or hospitality is highly desirable, the most important qualities you bring to the role are a positive/flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
