  • Responsible for smooth running of the venue from kick off so you will be leading on important admin tasks like preparing and completing checklists, printing daily briefs, team allocation sheets etc.
  • Always looking for ways to improve our efficiency, back of house operations, training and team communication
  • Working together with the senior bar team to set up our 2 bars prior to opening - your job is to make sure the checklists and briefings are ready and the rota is on point!
  • Conduct routine checks of the kitchen area to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards of the venue
  • Conduct routine checks of two bars to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards of the venue

Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles and a strong background in venue opening and closing procedures.
  • Excellent people skills, confidence with customers, traders, large teams and developing long-term relationships.
  • An interest and understanding of London's street food industry and wider food scene.
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem-solve.

Desired but not essential

  • Personal licence holder - is a bonus.
  • Experience in managing deliveries, verifying orders, and maintaining inventory.
