Role Description
Supporting the General Manager in delivering our core pillar of Exceptional Hospitality, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the bar. This role is perfect for an experienced and ambitious Bars Manager with an eye for all things cocktail knowledge (not just the classics!) and prior experience with menu development. This new and exciting role is well suited to an experienced Bars Manager looking for a new challenge in a large, iconic and high volume food hall with a range of diverse offerings. As the Bars Manager, you’ll support, supervise, train and lead the bar team at our busy bar. Ensuring the entire team can efficiently serve the best quality mixed drinks at speed, and with exceptional hospitality.
You’ll make sure we exceed customer expectations, achieve profitability, minimise waste, control GP and promote a positive, productive and engaged work environment.
