Company Overview
Saluhall (‘Market Hall’ in Swedish) is a collaboration between KERB x INGKA (the urban franchisee of IKEA). As the first step for this new collaboration, KERB delivered and now operates a 25,000 sq ft food hall on Market Street in San Francisco.
KERB is a business that powers other businesses. We focus on the incubation and growth of innovative, independent food businesses. We run brilliant street food markets, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London and have developed a growing, successful corporate catering company, KERB Events Limited.

Role Description
As the US Head of Operations within KERB Ventures, you will oversee the operations of our US expansion. KERB started life in the UK and has expanded operations internationally into Copenhagen and San Francisco in 2024. 2025 is going to be a HUGE year at KERB seeing us launch our 2nd flagship location in Berlin, Germany and further US expansion across our white-label collaboration projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of KERB Ventures, this is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the operations and performance of our growing US footprint. You’ll oversee existing operations at our San Francisco (Saluhall) location and drive the successful operation of our new site in Oakland.
