We’re  proud to have been serving up Apprenticeships in Hospitality since 2012. Not only that, but our Apprenticeship programs are designed to help you kick start your career from the moment you join as a Team Member, with opportunities to develop all the way to a Restaurant Manager and beyond.

So, what's in it for you? Working as a Team Member, you’ll 'earn while you learn' and we pay competitive wages to all our apprentices.  You’ll get the best coaching and development every step of the way as you learn all about the Hospitality Industry, grow in confidence and work towards an industry recognised qualification, equivalent to 5 GCSEs (A*-C or 9-4).

Our team members are the engines of our restaurants. It’s a challenging role and it’s not for everyone. We know this. It’s hot, it’s busy, and it takes buckets of hard work. When it comes to the people who put food on our tables, we care hard about treating every guest like a friend in our home. You’ll care about the things our guests care about which is: Tasty hot delicious food, served fast, with friendly service, making sure they get everything they ordered.

We’re not looking for years of experience or a degree in Guest Service, we’re just looking for real people up for getting stuck in, making a difference for our guests and being part of our awesome team. Don’t worry about the rest, we’ll teach you all you need to know.

Take one man with a big idea (and some serious style), add 11 herbs and spices, 1,009 rejections, buckets of grit, ambition and southern hospitality and you’ve got KFC. It’s simple, we’re a people business that sells chicken and chips (and some other pretty epic stuff too).

It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or what your shoe size is – everyone has a place at the Colonel’s table. All we ask is that you roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and treat our team like family and our guests as friends. It’s what the Colonel would do.
